Music Training Center – Tuition Policies
Tuition must be paid in advance of all activities and is non-refundable unless due to cancellation of the activity by Music Training Center. Tuition is not refundable due to a student’s cancellation, absence, or withdrawal from an activity, or if substitute teacher is provided for a lesson or activity. Tuition is non-transferrable except where noted.
MTC does not accept credit card payments in our school, by email, or by telephone to protect our students from verbal, visual, or physical disclosure of their credit cards. Payments are made only via MTC’s SSL-secured online payment portal. The payment portal is connected securely via SSL to the PCI-DSS compliant Authorize.net credit card gateway.
We recommend electing AutoPay for private lessons to avoid the possible loss of a timeslot due to a missed payment.
Tuition may also be paid by check or money order. Cash is not accepted.
