Music Training Center – Tuition Policies
Tuition must be paid in advance of all activities and is non-refundable for any reason other than cancellation of the activity by Music Training Center. Tuition is not refundable due to a student’s cancellation, absence, or withdrawal from an activity for any reason. There is no refund if a teacher is absent and a substitute teacher is provided. Tuition is non-transferrable except where noted.
MTC does not accept tuition payments in the school, by email, or by telephone to protect our students from verbal, visual, or physical disclosure of their credit cards. Payments for music lessons and group classes must be made only via MTC’s SSL-secured online payment portal. The payment portal is connected securely via SSL to the PCI-DSS compliant Authorize.net credit card gateway. MTC does not store credit cards “on file.” We recommend electing automatic monthly payments to avoid the need to enter credit card information for each transaction. Students may also pay by check or money order. Cash is not accepted.
