Darryl Schick is a graduate of the Lower Merion school district and holds a Bachelors degree in engineering from University of Pennsylvania, a Masters degree in engineering from Drexel University, and an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School of Business.
Darryl studied clarinet under Leon Lester of the Philadelphia Orchestra, and performed as a clarinetist in the LM school district where was the first chair clarinet in the Bala-Cynwyd Middle School band, orchestra, and show orchestra. While attending Lower Merion high school, Darryl studied guitar with Chet Makowski at the Medley Music School in Bryn Mawr. He studied voice for three years under Manuel Lujan, studied classical piano for two years under Jeffrey Marlowe, and performed as guitarist and frontman of the rock cover band Infinity in Melbourne, Florida from 1985-1988.
