Patricia Piccone – Violin and Viola Instructor
Patricia Piccone is a graduate of Rowan University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music Education. She has studied with Dr. Bertram Greenspan of Rowan University, I-Fu Wang of the Lansing Symphony and Nancy Jan of the Bay Atlantic Symphony.
Patricia has twenty years of teaching experience including students as young as age four. She teaches classical as well as popular music and tailors lessons to each student, providing a strong foundation in technique as well as theory which enables students to progress quickly. For very young students, she also uses the Suzuki technique which includes activities that foster learning as well as having fun. Patricia enjoys sharing her knowledge with students and hopes to cultivate a life-long enjoyment and appreciation of music.
Patricia has performed with Bridgeton Symphony, Rowan University Orchestra, Lansing Symphony, the Philharmonic of Southern NJ, and in a quartet and chamber music for weddings.
