I apologize for the trouble. Can you please do the following so we can continue the investigation? We can start with a single device that is getting this error currently and move from there. We may be able to find the issue based on one devices log results.

1. Uninstall Zoom from your Windows device
2. Install the logging version provided in the Google Drive link below
3. Recreate the issue
4. Collect the logs that were generated and reply back with the files (upload to the Google Drive link)
5. Uninstall the logging version when done *if you don’t do this the log file will continue to grow
6. Send a reply in this ticket once you have uploaded the logs and we can investigate
